Chris Costello is originally from the great city of Montreal and his entire extended family still lives there. Chris went to Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS to study Occupational Therapy. After graduating from Dalhousie University in 2004, Chris practiced as an occupational therapist in Ottawa and Northern Ontario for 7 years. In 2012 Chris returned to school to study Medicine at Avalon University School of Medicine. In 2015 Chris spent one year doing Medical Rotations at various hospitals and clinics in Las Vegas Nevada. Chris is in his final year of medical education and will be completing his internships in Montreal, Chicago and Atlanta.
Chris is currently conducting research addressing the medical care of the homeless population with a national team based out of Ottawa. In addition Chris is currently doing research with Dr. Yaphe in Montreal addressing the challenges physicians face solidifying residencies in the province of Quebec. Chris aspires to practice in family medicine and psychiatry in Montreal upon completion of his MD.
